Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "M4NG0" refers to M4NG0 Inc., the company behind the M4NG0 product ecosystem.
• "M4NG0 OS Hospital Edition" refers to the clinical operating system software licensed to healthcare facilities.
• "M4NG0 OS Sovereign Core" refers to the operating system licensed for corporate networks, independent tech infrastructure, and personal arrays.
• "Hardware Products" refers to the M4NG0 Hub appliance, M4NG0 Pendant, M4NG0 Buds, and associated physical accessories.
• "Customer" refers to the entity or individual that purchases M4NG0 hardware or licenses M4NG0 OS.
• "User" refers to any individual who uses our website, products, or services.

2. M4NG0 OS — Hospital Edition

License Grant & Clinical Use

M4NG0 grants the healthcare facility a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use M4NG0 OS Hospital Edition on the number of workstations specified in the applicable subscription agreement. This software is licensed strictly for clinical operations, patient management, and facility integration.

Data Ownership & PHI

The Customer retains complete ownership and physical custody of all Protected Health Information (PHI), patient records, and operational data entered into the system. M4NG0 Inc. operates as a software vendor under a zero-knowledge architecture, holding no physical access to the Customer's data or encryption keys.

3. M4NG0 OS — Sovereign Core

License Grant & Sovereign Use

M4NG0 grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy M4NG0 OS Sovereign Core on compatible infrastructure (including the M4NG0 Hub). This license is intended for corporate data management, decentralized infrastructure, and sovereign personal arrays.

Zero-Knowledge Asset Management

All corporate intellectual property, internal network traffic, and personal media managed by the Sovereign Core remain encrypted on the Customer's physical premises. M4NG0 maintains zero access, retrieval rights, or decryption capabilities over this data.

4. M4NG0 Hub

Enterprise Warranty & Provisioning

The M4NG0 Hub is our enterprise hardware appliance designed to securely host M4NG0 OS. It includes a 3-year hardware warranty covering component failures under normal operating conditions. Because Hub orders are custom-configured and provisioned for sovereign uses, they are non-refundable once shipped.

5. M4NG0 Pendant & M4NG0 Buds

Pre-Order Terms

Pre-order reservations place a hold for the product at the indicated price. Final charges are processed at the time of shipment. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Estimated delivery dates are approximate.

Returns & Refunds

Consumer devices (Pendant & Buds) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is in its original, undamaged condition. Contact support to initiate a return.

6. Website Use

You may use m4ng0.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All M4NG0 software, hardware designs, branding, content, and documentation are the intellectual property of M4NG0 Inc. The M4NG0 name, logo, and product names are trademarks of M4NG0 Inc. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

M4NG0 OS is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of security vulnerabilities. M4NG0 OS Hospital Edition is a clinical management tool and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M4NG0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to M4NG0 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

M4NG0 is not liable for clinical outcomes, patient safety incidents, or medical malpractice arising from the use of M4NG0 OS Hospital Edition.

Furthermore, because M4NG0 OS and the M4NG0 Hub operate entirely locally and offline, M4NG0 Inc. does not have access to, host, or maintain liability for any data, media, corporate IP, or files stored on your local Hub storage array or network.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M4NG0 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the M4NG0 OS license upon 30 days' written notice. M4NG0 may terminate service immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination:

• The Customer retains full access to their data arrays for export
• License keys are deactivated after the notice period

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. For international customers, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The language of arbitration shall be English.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For M4NG0 OS customers, material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
