Roosevelt Innocent is the Founder and CEO of M4NG0, where he leads the company's vision to create technology that enhances human connection and understanding. With a deep background in both design and engineering, Roosevelt brings a unique perspective to building products that are as technically sophisticated as they are beautifully crafted.

Before founding M4NG0, Roosevelt worked at Slack, where he helped build communication infrastructure used by millions worldwide. That experience shaped his conviction that great technology should disappear into the workflow, quietly make everything around it work better.

At M4NG0, Roosevelt oversees the full product architecture: the consumer hardware line (M4NG0 Pendant and M4NG0 Buds), the M4NG0 Hub infrastructure, and the M4NG0 OS Core — the foundation for our Hospital and Sovereign editions. His engineering philosophy prioritizes offline-first reliability, total data custody, and systems that operate with deterministic clarity.
